I'll keep doing them! i think you will enjoy. It's mostly me teaching a practice, but with a little group therapy and demonstration. Everyone should feel they had the chance to process some emotion and also have a practice to help them when they on their own.

we made two dishes from Good Enough during this past holiday week: garlic lemon-butter smashed potatoes, and cozy cold-weather bolognese. Both were hits! Oh, and also lightly curried butternut squash soup from Good & Cheap. YEAH!!

And, love! I am going to check out your somatics online platform sometime soon, too.

it was a win-win because my 92 year old grandma who was hosting us would otherwise serve mostly frozen processed food that doesn't feel great to my body. So I asked if I could step up and prepare some meals for us. There's room for improvement for the coordination with her ahead of time, especially through my mom, my grandma's daughter. The emotional/social dynamics of food & families! 💕🫁😊
