What You’ll Experience:
Safe & Sacred Space: We begin by creating a space of safety and respect. Together, we’ll share intentions, and establish group trust, where every individual is free to explore their body’s movements without fear of judgment.
Somatic Practice: You’ll be guided through breathwork, movement demonstrations, and intuitive somatic practices. We encourage you to listen to your body, trust its signals, and allow your natural movements to unfold. This practice is about giving yourself permission to feel and express emotions that may be stored within the body.
Rest & Integration: After the active portion of the practice, we’ll move into savasana, or restful stillness, to allow for deep integration of the experience. This is where emotional processing finds its closure, leaving you feeling grounded and centered.
Reflection & Group Sharing: We’ll close with an opportunity for you to share your experience, helping you to process, integrate, and solidify the shifts that took place within you.
