INVITATION TO COMMENT AND REFLECT
Anybody else feeling the intensity of this time of year? While it’s one year since my Dad died and I am aware I am feeling that, there is also a pervasive sense of death at this time of year. I think it’s a natural reflection of the season, but it can be hard to meet it with the softness it needs. Grief is a challenging emotion and if anyone is feeling it please comment and share. I want this to be a space where you can share emotional reflection without fear of judgement. All feelings are welcome here.

This is for surely the type of grief I want to hear about. Our identity is a constant work in progress and we have to mourn old parts of ourselves to move forward. Thank you for sharing! I have similar feelings I have worked with as my career has morphed.
